Pre-paid meters to increase revenue collection

Through its bilateral agreement Norway is together with France contributing to the purchase of new pre-paid meters called ‘Holley II’ which will help increase the consumers’ payments. For a contractual value of USD 10.7 million, a total of 229 000 pre-paid meters will be purchased and installed throughout the West Bank and Gaza by year 2014.

“Norway deplores the announcement by the Israeli authorities of an expansion of the Har Homa settlement in East Jerusalem.
