Through its bilateral agreement Norway is together with France contributing to the purchase of new pre-paid meters called ‘Holley II’ which will help increase the consumers’ payments. For a contractual value of USD 10.7 million, a total of 229 000 pre-paid meters will be purchased and installed throughout the West Bank and Gaza by year 2014.
